About the event
This 3-hour yoga and mediation workshop is a magnificent way to begin your new year. We will begin with a journaling ans goal-setting experience. Shortly thereafter we will move through a gentle yoga class. We will close out our time together with a sound healing session by John Ortiz, an Atma Buti Sound Healing Practitioner.
